Yvonne Moncivalles, F.N.P.

Hospitalist – Internal Medicine 

Yvonne completed her Master of Nursing from California State University, in the city of Long Beach, and holds national certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her nursing career, she has had nursing experience for more than 28 years, including 12 years in advanced practice in Hospital Medicine, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, and Long-Term Care. Yvonne joined as a Hospitalist with Chest and Critical Care Consultants in 2016, and she currently provides patient-centered care in the hospital, subacute, and skilled nursing environments. She is known for her compassionate approach, collaborative communication, and commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. She focuses on improving health outcomes and supporting patients and families with knowledge, empathy, and integrity.
