Dr. Singh graduated from New York Medical College in 1972, did his internship and residency in Internal medicine at the Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York. He has been practicing in OC since 1977. Dr. Singh is Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He currently holds leadership positions as the Director of Critical Care and Respiratory at Western Medical Center, Santa Ana, Director of Respiratory and Member of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of Critical Care at Chapman Hospital.
