Dr. Liao graduated from Peking University Health Science Center in 2009. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at New York Medical College – Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in 2018 and served as a Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in 2021 and served as a Chief Fellow. Dr. Liao is board-certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care Echocardiography. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP). Dr. Liao joined Chest and Critical Care Consultants in 2021. He speaks English, Mandarin, and Conversational Spanish.
